? Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in financial management, preferably in the construction or project-based industry.
• Experience in project costing, budget control, and contract financial management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
