Centurion: PERSONAL ASSISTANT Minimum Requirements:-Presentable and professional Non BEE individual, preferably aged 2545 years -Strong English proficiency-Matric-Tertiary secretarial qualification highly preferred-Minimum 5 years recent experience as an Executive Personal Assistant a must (Not general secretarial experience)-Computer literate in MS Office, with good typing skills (speed and accuracy)-Own vehicle-Non smoker-Comfortably able to work in culturally diverse environment-Stable employment record and contactable References-Must reside in/near Centurion-To start as soon as possible Duties:-Executive Personal Assistant duties to Director of 100% Black-owned Law firm-Diary management, scheduling meetings etc. -General administrative and secretarial duties Salary: R 25 000 R 30 000 gross (Depending on experience)E-mail detailed CV in Word or PDF format (not as a link) and indicate the following in the subject line:- Reference CR2845; – Your monthly gross salary expectation in context with offered amount; and- Forward / attach a recent facial photograph of yourself.(Also forward any employer Reference letters you might have.)
