Job Description

The suitable candidates main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Ensure the units personnel comply with key job functions/tasks as per JDs and SOPs Coordinate staff evaluation in line with company policy against key performance areas and job descriptions to facilitate internal recruitment in support of career path development while ensuring advancement on merit. Ensure personnel cultivation with the Bidvest Proteacoin culture and maintain good discipline through effective leadership and stern application of the Bidvest Proteacoin code of conduct. Ensure operational deployments are compliant with key job functions and in line with set guidelines. Checks on client requirements and performance, on ad hoc basis Ensure all personnel documentation is duly scrutinized, filed and readily available for inspection. Ensure proper leave planning and coordination within the division. Ensure proper control on kilometers driven, vehicle maintenance and fuel expenses Ensure strict compliance with company firearm policies and all relevant legislation. Do regular inspections on all firearms and firearm registers and ensure fire arms are in working condition. Ensure that services rendered are to client satisfaction and of high quality. Maintain healthy and sound client relations through professionalism. Ensure client retention through professionalism, partnership and satisfaction. Preferred qualifications Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. 5 year Security Management experience. Excellent communication skills. Time management skills able to plan, prioritize and organize. Strong problem-solving abilities. Accurate with attention to detail. Able to work under pressure and long hours. Advanced Computer knowledge.
