• Ability to take technical responsibility for multi-disciplinary building services projects
• Strong design leadership across HVAC, Fire, and Wet Services (all three are essential)
• Experience mentoring, guiding, and reviewing design teams
• Ability to produce, check, and sign off high-level mechanical designs
• Adept at working on EPC/EPCM project environments
• Comfortable with client engagement and technical presentations
• Competence in generalist building services work, with the ability to integrate with electrical teams when required but mostly mechanical
• Strong overall understanding of building regulations, standards, and compliance
• Experience in commercial building services design, including complex systems integration

Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):

• Professional Registration: PR Eng (Mechanical Engineering)
• 15–20 years of Mechanical Engineering experience within Building Services
• Specialist-level capability in HVAC Design — complex commercial and largescale environments
• Advanced technical proficiency in:
  • Fire Engineering Design
  • Wet Services Design
