Regional Marketing Manager (Media) (JB5343)Green Point, Cape Town (Office-Based)R65 000 – R78 000 CTC per monthMedical Aid, Provident Fund, Performance-based bonusPermanentIf you’re ready to step into a role where your ideas drive change, this one’s for you. Shape strategy, own campaign execution, and lead a growing regional team in a fast-paced, high-impact media environment.You’ll also be the go-to expert for all things marketing the subject matter expert trusted to guide decisions and drive results.Minimum Requirements:Bachelors in Marketing, Communications or Business (Honours preferred)5 or more years in marketing specific to media2 or more years of strategic and team management experienceExperience in a media environment or advertising agency is essentialMust be confident, taking full ownership as the marketing subject matter expertProven track record with integrated campaigns and digital mediaStrong brand management, stakeholder engagement, and content planningExcellent time management, budgeting, and analytical skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and campaign reportingMust thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environmentA hands-on, resilient, and strategic mindset is non-negotiable.
