Job Summary
Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for a Mining Engineer: Long-Term Mine Planning Fixed Term to be based in Mpumalanga
Responsibilities:
- Conducting Long-Term Mine Planning activities for the opencast operations.
- Supporting the production team process to achieve planned targets.
- Fulfilling daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting duties.
- Supporting the preparation of reserves and parameters.
- Conducting viability studies
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Degree in Mining Engineering or Mineral Resources Management
- 3 year experience as a Planning Officer in a mining environment
- Proficiency in relevant Scheduling and planning software
