About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist for a luxury hotel based in Constantia, Western Cape. This is an excellent opportunity for a guest-focused individual who thrives in a front-facing role within an upscale hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome guests in a warm, professional and courteous manner
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
• Handle reservations, enquiries and guest requests promptly
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all departments
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
• Ensure the reception area is organised and presentable at all times
• Assist with concierge-related duties where required
• Address guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally
Requirements
Previous experience as a Receptionist within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong administrative and organisational abilities
Proficiency in hotel management systems
Well-presented with a professional demeanour
Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy environment
