A prestigious 5-star lodge in Northern KwaZulu-Natal is seeking a skilled Reception and Manager’s Assistant to join their hospitality team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lodge professional who thrives in guest-facing roles, enjoys operational variety, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service in a luxury safari environment.
Key Responsibilities
- General lodge management experience
- Staff management and daily operational coordination
- Guest relations, front desk duties, and professional communication
- Kitchen management oversight
- Reservations management (SEMPER knowledge advantageous)
- Stock control and ordering
- Housekeeping coordination and quality checks
Requirements
- Strong reception and management support skills
- Experience in guest relations and front desk duties
- Fluency in English (essential)
Salary & Benefits
R9 000 per month DOE
