Job Description

Were looking for a hands-on, creative, and quality-driven Bakery Manager to lead our in-store bakery team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a key department, producing exceptional baked goods that rival the best in the business. The ideal candidate would be business minded, coupled with a hands-on approach and creative flair in the breads, pastries, cakes, and confectionery space.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily bakery operations from production planning to quality control.

Ensure freshness, consistency, and presentation of all baked products.

Manage stock levels, waste control, and cost efficiency.

Lead, train, and motivate a skilled bakery team.

Work closely with the Fresh Manager to align product variety and seasonal offerings.

Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 5 years experience in a bakery management role.

Strong product knowledge breads, pastries, cakes, and confectionery.

A passion for artisanal quality and customer satisfaction.

Leadership ability and a flair for creativity.
