About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Durban branch, overseeing all operations and ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management or a related field, with a proven track record of success in supervisory or managerial roles.

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing all branch operations
Leading, training, and motivating branch employees, including hiring and performance evaluations
Support sales activities by ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction
Oversee stock control processes, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock accurately
Monitor branch performance metrics
Address operational issues, implement solutions, and ensure adherence to company policies
Ensure the branch follows all relevant regulations, company policies, and industry standards
Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational and sales targets
Effectively manage time, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Identify and solve problems promptly and effectively
Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
