About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager with Earthmoving Equipment experience to lead our operations in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in earthmoving equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Branch Operations
- Ensure all Targets are met
- Mentor and lead the Sales Team to Achieve their goals
- Develop and implement Strategies to increase Sales & Profitability
- Monitor Market trends & Competitor activities
- Maintain strong Customer Relationships & address any issues or Complaints

- Bachelor’s Degree in Retail Management, Business Management, Operations Management, or Related Field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Earthmoving Equipment
- Proficiency in Budget Management and Financial Analysis (an Advantage)
