About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client, a leading cleaning and industrial solutions company, is seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant to join their team in Durban, KZN. The successful candidate will drive growth, establish strong client relationships within the investment sector, and contribute to the expansion of our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring excellent service delivery
- Support operational teams and help grow different divisions in the business
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
- Create and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Prepare compelling presentations and proposals for prospective clients
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development Consultant or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of the Cleaning and Hygiene industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
