Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports
– Monitor and analyze financial performance and variances, identifying areas for improvement
– Process the daily accounting receivable transaction to the company
-Update customers files and their corresponding number in the file system
– Maintenance of the accounts receivables list
– Implement the accounting standards for accounts receivable and ledgers are in their proper ledger accounts.
– Ensure correct invoice entries into the accounts receivable module of any accounting system.
– Verify that office transactions comply with its financial procedures and policies.
– Administer the customers application documents to comply with SOPs.
– Prepare COD receipts for immediate collections.
Qualifications:
– Matric
– At least 2-3 years experience.
– Strong analytical skills.
– General knowledge of general accounting procedures, specifically those related to accounts payable.
– Proficient in data entry and management (Intermediate level with Excel)
– Excellent organisation skills required to manage tight deadlines.
– Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with ability to assist with problem solving.
– Strong relationship management capability with outstanding negotiation skills.
