About the Role
Performing end to end systems testing, preparing and circulating all reports to relevant stakeholders, managing system/technical issues by logging service desk tickets with IT, leading the identification, development, implementation, and maintenance of new credit strategies and solutions, evaluating operational processes and reporting to improve productivity, efficiency and profitability, analyzing and reporting on key performance metrics in the Department, tracking all system/policy/operational changes made.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Science or similar field
- Preferred – Honours degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Science or similar field
- 2-5 years experience in Data Analytics and Reporting
- Credit Underwriting would be an advantage
- Proficiency in database management, SQL and other programming languages
- Advanced Excel
