Hire Resolves client in the Engineering industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Design Engineer in Durban, KZN.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and Coordination of Civil Infrastructure Design
  • Design of roads, stormwater, water, and sanitation for townships, commercial, and industrial developments.
  • Adherence to Quality Management System 
     
     

    Staying current with technical best practices

  • Preparing and reviewing technical reports
  • Investigating and recommending alternative solutions to engineering problems
  • Conducting design reviews
  • Successfully training and mentoring junior engineers
  • Recognized specialist in their discipline

Requirements:

  • BSc/BEng/BTech – Civil Engineering
  • PREng/PRTech will be advantageous

Experience:

  • 10 years experience in Civil Infrastructure Design for Townships
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure Funding
  • Competent at preparing Tender Documentation
  • Competent at Construction Administration
