About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Consultant to join our team at Liham Consulting Pty (Ltd) in Durban. As an HR consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing HR data, assisting line management with performance management, and ensuring compliance with the company’s equal employment opportunity plan and legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing HR data
- Assisting line management with performance management
- Organizational Development interventions
- Ensuring compliance with the company’s EE plan and EE legislation
- Sourcing and short-listing appropriate applicants for vacancies as identified by department managers
- Ensuring HR administration is accurate and kept up to date
- Assisting disciplinary and grievance enquiry participants to maintain fair procedures and substantiveness
Requirements
- HR Degree or Diploma (NQF 5)
- Great organizational skills with a proven customer services focus
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
