About the Role
A well-established organisation is seeking a driven finance professional to join their team as a Junior Financial Analyst in Westville. As a key member of the finance department, you will translate financial data into meaningful business decisions, providing financial clarity to guide strategy and support business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions
- Preparing management reports and dashboards
- Conducting variance analysis and performance tracking
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
- Engaging with stakeholders and EXCO to present financial insights
- Assisting with financial modelling and data interpretation
- Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities within the business
Requirements
- BCom Accounting / Finance qualification from a reputable institution
- SAICA or SAIPA articles completed (required)
- 23 years post-articles experience in finance
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and senior leadership (EXCO exposure)
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Strong communication and presentation skills
