About the Role
To coordinate and plan production requirements based on customer demands and order priorities. Forecast and control raw material requirements and procurement. Ensure on time finished goods deliveries to end customer. Logistics of all inbound and outbound materials. Receiving and dispatch. Eliminate waste / cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and plan production requirements
- Manage inventory control method of FIFO
- Coordinate stock count based on Stock Take procedure
- Ensure correct stock handling and movement, packing, and maintenance in the warehouse
- Monitor and implement Logistics Quality Assurance systems
Requirements
- Grade 12 / N3 School leaving certificate
- Relevant Logistics Management/Supply Chain Qualification Diploma or Degree
- At least 5 years exposure in an Automotive manufacturing environment
