About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Parts & Service Manager to join our team in Durban. As a key member of our workshop, you will be responsible for managing and administering the workshop and parts, as well as dealing with enquiries regarding products and prices. You will also be expected to manage staff, implement SHEQ practices, and ensure the effective management of machinery and equipment maintenance.

- Order spares and components needed for repairs and maintenance
- Deal with enquiries regarding products and prices
- Schedule machinery and equipment maintenance

Requirements
- National Diploma in relevant field
- Qualified Artisan or equivalent qualification
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Knowledge of POS and Retail Operating Systems
- Extensive knowledge of inventory control
- 6 years of related experience
- Experience in the operations of a workshop (job cards, job scheduling)
- Ability to effectively communicate and/or negotiate with high level of proficiency
Qualifications
- National Diploma
- Qualified Artisan or equivalent qualification
