About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager to lead and manage our used vehicle sales team in Durban. As a strong leader with a proven track record in pre-owned vehicle sales management, you will drive performance, maximise profitability, and motivate your team to consistently achieve sales targets in a competitive automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the pre-owned vehicle sales team to achieve monthly targets
  • Drive sales performance and maximise profitability within the used vehicle department
  • Oversee vehicle stock, pricing strategies, and turnover
  • Monitor sales processes and ensure compliance with dealership standards
  • Motivate, train, and develop sales staff
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Analyse sales performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager within a dealership environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
