About the Role
As a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) at Communicate Finance, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic financial planning and analysis. You will partner with Directors to develop and implement financial strategies aligned to business goals, while leading the full accounting function and managing key financial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Directors to develop and implement financial strategies aligned to business goals
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across the business
- Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive profitability
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Oversee full accounting function (GL, reconciliations, AP/AR, month-end, year-end)
- Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury, and cost control initiatives
- Evaluate and manage investments and property portfolio, including lease agreements
- Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements
- Maintain compliance with tax, regulatory, and governance standards; manage audits and risk
- Lead and develop the finance team while supporting key business stakeholders

- 2 years post articles experience
