Job Description
This role will focus on optimising production, improving efficiencies, and supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware products, from component sourcing to assembly and deployment readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and improve manufacturing and assembly processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Work closely with engineering, procurement, and operations teams on component selection, sourcing, and optimisation
- Develop and maintain bills of materials (BOMs) and production documentation
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Six Sigma)
- Optimise production workflows, capacity planning, and resource utilisation
- Support supplier management, including lead times, quality, and cost efficiencies
- Drive process standardisation and quality improvements across manufacturing operations
- Use data and analytics to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions
Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):
- Experience with BOM management and ERP systems
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work across cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, supply chain)

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related fieldMinimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience working with components (mechanical and/or electronic)
- Strong understanding of:
- Production processes
- Supply chain and inventory management
- Costing and process optimisation
