About the Role

Liham Consulting Pty (Ltd) is seeking an experienced Regional Training Officer to join our team in Durban. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all training programs are delivered effectively and efficiently, meeting the requirements of the skills Development Act and related legislation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor training provided by internal and external trainers
  • Ensure accurate training records are kept up to date
  • Research better training methods and implement improvements on a daily basis
  • Scheduling training interventions
  • Compiling and administering annual budgets

Requirements

  • ODETDP or Training qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position
