Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team across online and physical channels
• Handle costings, contracts, invoicing & CRM updates
• Liaise with internal teams for smooth service delivery
• Coordinate sales activities and client follow-ups

Requirements:

• 13 years in sales admin/logistics/customer service
• Solid admin, invoicing, and coordination skills
• Confident with Excel/Google Sheets, CRMs, and cloud tools
• Bonus: eCommerce/logistics experience & finance basics
