About the Role

Telebest is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join their Budget department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing new relationships with customers and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make calls to allocated customers to develop new relationships.
  • Set clear objectives for each sales call or meeting.
  • Evaluate customers’ level of interest by asking questions to gather information.
  • Sell customer propositions by influencing customers to make a purchase with the best benefits and solutions.
  • Keep updated with business products and changes in the insurance industry.

Requirements

  • Matric
  • SAQA accreditation (essential)
  • Degree or Diploma in Business or Marketing would be advantageous
  • Full 150 STI credits dependent on DOFA date (essential)
  • Regulatory exam 5 dependant on DOFA date (essential)
  • 1+ year call centre experience (essential)
  • Experience in the Financial Service Industry would be advantageous
