About the Role
Telebest is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join their Budget department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing new relationships with customers and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make calls to allocated customers to develop new relationships.
- Set clear objectives for each sales call or meeting.
- Evaluate customers’ level of interest by asking questions to gather information.
- Sell customer propositions by influencing customers to make a purchase with the best benefits and solutions.
- Keep updated with business products and changes in the insurance industry.
Requirements
- Matric
- SAQA accreditation (essential)
- Degree or Diploma in Business or Marketing would be advantageous
- Full 150 STI credits dependent on DOFA date (essential)
- Regulatory exam 5 dependant on DOFA date (essential)
- 1+ year call centre experience (essential)
- Experience in the Financial Service Industry would be advantageous
