About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Skin Care Educator & Product Trainer to join our team at MF Spa & Beauty Placements in Durban North, Kwa-Zulu Natal. As a key member of our education and brand experience team, you will play a crucial role in delivering and maintaining our global professional education efforts across distributor markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on training sessions for distributors and their teams
- Develop and maintain educational content to support the company’s brand strategy
- Provide administrative support for training events and logistics
- Engage with distributor teams through regular communication and events
Requirements
- South African national
- Valid driver license with own reliable vehicle
- Fit and healthy (mentally and physically demanding role)
- Diploma in Skin Care / Somatology / Cosmetology or Dermal Aesthetics (minimum 2-year diploma)
- CIDESCO / ITEC accredited
- Train the Trainer / Educator certification (bonus skill)
- Knowledge of Electrical Skin Care devices and advanced, active ingredients
- Minimum 2+ years in the industry as a skin care professional (post graduation)
- Minimum 3+ years experience as Product Trainer / Educator or Lecturer
- Computer confident with MS Word, MS Excel, One Drive, MS Power Point & Outlook, Zoom / Teams etc.
- Confident, clear English command (first or second language)
- Confident delivering presentations and speaking to an audience
