About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join a boutique reservations office specialising in luxury hospitality and lodges. This exciting opportunity will enable you to lead international marketing initiatives, drive digital growth, and elevate brand presence within the global travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with revenue targets
- Identify growth opportunities across international markets
- Manage and optimise the marketing budget
- Drive lead generation through paid media, SEO, and digital campaigns
- Manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns, optimising for CPL and ROI
- Improve website performance and conversion rates
- Lead SEO and content strategy to grow organic traffic
- Oversee blogs, newsletters, and digital content
- Ensure all content is engaging and conversion-focused
- Manage CRM campaigns and lead nurture journeys
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversions
- Drive repeat and referral business through targeted campaigns
- Maintain strong brand positioning across international markets
- Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance
- Identify PR, partnership, and influencer opportunities
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing
• Background in travel, tourism, or luxury hospitality preferred
• Strong knowledge of SEO, paid media, content marketing, and CRM systems
• Proven ability to analyse performance and optimise ROI
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
