About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager & Operations Manager to oversee HR functions and operational activities for our engineering company in East London, South Africa. The successful candidate will manage all HR processes, including payroll, employee relations, recruitment, and performance management, while assisting other departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all HR functions: recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management
• Assist departments with HR and operational support
• Prepare, complete, and manage tender documentation
• Oversee company vehicles, including service schedules and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management (required)
• 10 years of HR and operations management experience
• Professional registration (ECSA) not required but an advantage
• Experience with tendering, HR software, and operational management
• Proficiency in Xhosa (preferred)
