Job Description

INTERNAL SALES AND CUSTOMER LIAISON/EAST LONDON – We are seeking a confident, energetic and customer-focused Inside Sales & Customer Liaison to join our Clients team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys engaging with customers, building relationships, and supporting the sales process from within the office. The successful candidate will act as the first responder to sales enquiries, assist with preparing and following up on quotations, and serve as a key communication link between the business and its customers. Minimum Requirements Previous experience in sales, internal sales, or customer service Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable making and receiving calls Computer literate (MS Office essential) Key Competencies & Personal Attributes Friendly, bubbly personality with a sunny disposition Confident and comfortable speaking with customers People-oriented and relationship-driven Self-motivated and proactive Attention to detail Professional telephone manner Positive attitude and team player Key Responsibilities Field and respond to incoming sales enquiries (phone & email) Convert cost orders into basic quotations and send to customers Follow up on quotations with friendly, professional phone calls Liaise with customers regarding order progress and updates Conduct friendly cold calls to generate new opportunities Maintain strong, professional relationships with customers Provide general office-based sales support Assist with light marketing initiatives and customer engagement activities Ensure accurate record keeping and administration of sales documentation Is not shy to pick up the phone Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service Can balance admin accuracy with sales energy Remuneration – Market related (based on experience) ONLINE APPLICATIONS WILL RECEIVE PREFERENCE .
