Job Description

Office Supervisor required for a reputable company based in East London

Key Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily office activities, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company procedures.

  • Manage and support administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

  • Oversee office systems, records, and documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.

  • Monitor schedules, appointments, and correspondence, ensuring timely and effective communication across departments.

  • Assist with budget tracking, procurement, and inventory management of office supplies.

  • Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and internal controls.

  • Serve as a point of contact for staff and external stakeholders, resolving operational issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office administration or supervision, preferably in a similar role.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and office management systems.

  • Attention to detail, reliability, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Relevant diploma or degree in Office Administration, Business Management, or related field is preferred.
