Office Supervisor required for a reputable company based in East London
Key Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

Supervise and coordinate daily office activities, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company procedures.

Manage and support administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Oversee office systems, records, and documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.

Monitor schedules, appointments, and correspondence, ensuring timely and effective communication across departments.

Assist with budget tracking, procurement, and inventory management of office supplies.

Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Serve as a point of contact for staff and external stakeholders, resolving operational issues efficiently.
Requirements:

Proven experience in office administration or supervision, preferably in a similar role.

Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Proficient in MS Office Suite and office management systems.

Attention to detail, reliability, and problem-solving capabilities.

Relevant diploma or degree in Office Administration, Business Management, or related field is preferred.
