About the Role
The Regional Finance Manager will be responsible for managing staff, directing regional operations, and facilitating management meetings. This role involves driving improvements across critical operational areas such as billing, debtors, leasing, facilities, and cash flow management.

Requirements
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen ability to assess key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Proficiency in financial systems (MDA preferred) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience working in a dynamic environment with both operational and strategic financial responsibilities
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
- A professional designation such as CA(SA), CIMA, or similar will be advantageous but is not essential
