Job Description
A well-established commercial property management company is seeking an experienced Regional Finance Manager to oversee the full financial function for a commercial property portfolio in the Eastern Cape.
The role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong financial controls, and effective financial support to operations and asset management teams across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the regional finance function for a commercial property portfolio
Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports
Manage annual budgets, forecasts, OPEX and CAPEX expenditure
Monitor cash flow, debtors, credit control, and recoveries
Ensure accurate lease accounting, billings, and tenant recoveries
Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, tax, and statutory requirements
Manage audits and liaise with external auditors and stakeholders
Implement and maintain strong financial controls and governance
Provide financial insights and reporting to regional and executive management
