East London: Systems Implementation Project Manager – ERP, Software & Technology Rollout

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Systems Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end systems implementation, ERP deployment, and enterprise software rollout projects across our East London operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into clear project delivery plans, collaborating with various teams, managing risks, and driving effective change management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end systems implementation, ERP deployment, and enterprise software rollout projects
• Translate business requirements into clear project delivery plans (scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation)
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, Projects, and R&D teams to ensure seamless system integration
• Manage risks, issues, project reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Oversee proof of concept (POC) builds, pilot rollouts, system testing, and UAT
• Drive effective change management, user training, and digital adoption across all East London business units
• Continuously refine project frameworks, methodologies, and IT governance processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar (or equivalent experience)
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid delivery certification beneficial
• Minimum 5 years experience in ERP implementation, systems integration, or enterprise software project management
• Proven track record managing complex IT and digital transformation projects
• Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies
• Proficiency with project tools such as MS Project, JIRA, SmartSheets, or similar
