East London: Systems Implementation Project Manager – ERP, Software & Technology Rollout

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end systems implementation, ERP deployment, and enterprise software rollout projects across the East London operations. Translate business requirements into clear project delivery plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, Projects, and R&D teams based in the Eastern Cape to ensure seamless system integration. Manage risks, issues, project reporting, and stakeholder communication. Oversee proof of concept (POC) builds, pilot rollouts, system testing, and UAT. Drive effective change management, user training, and digital adoption across all East London business units. Continuously refine project frameworks, methodologies, and IT governance processes. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar (or equivalent experience). PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid delivery certification beneficial. Minimum 5 years experience in ERP implementation, systems integration, or enterprise software project management. Proven track record managing complex IT and digital transformation projects. Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies. Proficiency with project tools such as MS Project, JIRA, SmartSheets, or similar. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong problem-solving, budgeting, and delivery skills.
