About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Systems Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end systems implementation, ERP deployment, and enterprise software rollout projects across our East London operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive effective change management and digital adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end systems implementation, ERP deployment, and enterprise software rollout projects
• Translate business requirements into clear project delivery plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, Projects, and R&D teams to ensure seamless system integration
• Manage risks, issues, project reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Oversee proof of concept (POC) builds, pilot rollouts, system testing, and UAT
• Drive effective change management, user training, and digital adoption across all East London business units
• Continuously refine project frameworks, methodologies, and IT governance processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5 years experience in ERP implementation, systems integration, or enterprise software project management
• Proven track record managing complex IT and digital transformation projects
• Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies

Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid delivery certification beneficial
• Proficiency with project tools such as MS Project, JIRA, SmartSheets, or similar
