East London: Systems Implementation Project Manager – ERP, Software & Technology Rollout

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end systems implementation , ERP deployment , and enterprise software rollout projects across the East London operations. Translate business requirements into clear project delivery plans , including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, Projects, and R&D teams based in the Eastern Cape to ensure seamless system integration. Manage risks, issues, project reporting, and stakeholder communication. Oversee proof of concept (POC) builds , pilot rollouts, system testing, and UAT. Drive effective change management , user training, and digital adoption across all East London business units. Continuously refine project frameworks, methodologies, and IT governance processes. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems , or similar (or equivalent experience). PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid delivery certification beneficial. Minimum 5 years experience in ERP implementation , systems integration, or enterprise software project management. Proven track record managing complex IT and digital transformation projects . Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies . Proficiency with project tools such as MS Project, JIRA, SmartSheets , or similar. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong problem-solving, budgeting, and delivery skills.
