Hire Resolve is partnering with a prestigious Engineering Consulting firm in East London to find a highly skilled Tender Specialist. As a Tender Specialist, you will play a critical role in the tendering process, managing the end-to-end process from identifying tender opportunities to the submission of winning proposals. Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate tender opportunities that align with the company`s strategic objectives
• Manage the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and ensure all tender requirements are met
• Coordinate with external partners and subcontractors as needed
• Conduct research and analysis to support the development of competitive tender proposals
• Maintain a database of tender documents and ensure proper document control
• Track and monitor tender timelines and deadlines
• Participate in tender evaluation processes and present proposals to clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in tendering processes

• Bachelor`s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tender management, preferably in the Engineering Consulting industry
• Strong understanding of tender processes, regulations, and best practices
• Proven track record of successfully managing and winning tenders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and tender management software
