About the Role
Fusion Personnel is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in East Rand. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, experience working with sales orders, quotations, and inventory management systems. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient handling of sales orders, quotations, consignment stock, and related documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the accurate and efficient handling of sales orders, quotations, consignment stock, and related documentation
- Verify information, address discrepancies, maintain organized records, and coordinate with other departments
- Assist customers and sales teams with accurate, timely quotations
- Utilize the discount calculator to apply correct pricing and discounts
- Ensure invoices match quoted prices to avoid unnecessary credits
- Notify customers of back-orders and inform relevant business managers and reps
- Check signed Proof of Delivery (POD) is loaded on NetSuite, resolving any issues immediately
- Manually capture counts in Smart Counts and query discrepancies
- Monitor soon-to-expire stock and coordinate timely replacements
Requirements
- Matric
- Diploma: Business Administrator / similar (Advantageous)
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years working experience in Administration
- Valid driver’s license & own vehicle
- Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Formulas, extract and analyze data)
- Netsuite (or similar ERP) experience an advantage
