About the Role
Our client, a dynamic and expanding group, is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to take ownership of the full financial function across multiple entities. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and provide strategic direction to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the financial performance of the group, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Oversee treasury, cash flow management, and currency hedging strategies
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, taxation regulations, and audit requirements across all entities
- Drive cost optimisation initiatives and identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency
- Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Oversee audits, internal controls, and risk management frameworks
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making
- Manage stakeholder relationships including auditors, clients, suppliers, and internal leadership
