Reporting to: Operations Manager Location: Capricorn, Tea Plant Cape Herb & Spice has grown from entrepreneurial roots into a global FMCG player, employing over 500 people and operating across three sites in Cape Town. Built on innovation and quality, we offer an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to join our Tea Plant team. We are looking for a hands-on, system-driven individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate manufacturing and finished goods warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, blending, and dispatch. Supervise warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time Ensure all inventory transactions are processed accurately in real time Maintain stock accuracy and overall system integrity Prepare for and supervise stock takes Ensure warehouses are well organised, labelled, and compliant with standards Drive adherence to procedures, policies, and factory rules Support continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety requirements Communicate effectively with internal departments Host internal and external auditors as required Required Knowledge & Skills: Strong people and process management ability Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Syspro knowledge advantageous Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively Required Qualifications & Experience: Grade 12 qualification Certificate in Warehouse Management 3-5 years supervisory experience in a warehouse environment Personal Attributes: Reliable and dependable Strong leadership and team player mindset System-driven with a willingness to embrace new technologies Ability to work independently and take initiative Good communication skills (verbal and written) Strong timekeeping and attendance record If you meet the above requirements and are looking to grow your career within a fast-paced FMCG environment, we invite you to apply.
