About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced Business Process Automation (BPA) Specialist to join our team in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape. As a key member of our IT department, you will design, develop, and implement automated business process solutions to drive efficiency and productivity for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automated business process solutions
- Build and maintain a catalogue of automated business process capabilities
- Create, test, and monitor automation workflows and solutions
- Maintain and update automation solutions post-implementation
- Document business processes and automation solutions
- Use Quality Assurance (QA) techniques to ensure high-quality automation
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices
- Continuously improve processes and solution usage
- Collaborate with vendors to scale automated solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in business process automation or a related field
- Strong understanding of business process automation principles and best practices
- Experience with RPA technologies (UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate preferred)
- Proficiency in software development (.NET, C#, JavaScript)
- Experience with cloud computing services (Microsoft Azure preferred)
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence (LLMs)
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Pages)
- Experience in Logistics & Supply Chain
