About the Role

Staff Solutions is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our team in the Eastern Cape region. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial management and accounting services to support business operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Cost accounting
Inventory Management
(In)Tangible Asset management
Project accounting management
Monitor & report on long outstanding Purchase Orders
Prepare & report on cash planning status (weekly & monthly)
Process and maintenance postings regarding general ledger
Review, control and post accruals as instructed by Finance and Controlling Manager
GRN account analysis & reconciliation
Oversee, Prepare & Update the necessary Financial information for the Project Reports (PSM)
Prepare & update the necessary Financial information for the Month-end reports
Assist with audits & preparation
Assist with the preparation of budget and forecasts
Assist in preparation & calculation of RFQs
Preparation of AIS claim

Requirements

Finance BCom Degree or Diploma in Cost Accounting
Minimum 5 years-experience in accounting or finance
SAP knowledge – Inherent
Proficient in Excel – strong financial awareness
Good planning, organizational and administrative skills, with proactive, structured approach
