About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Telesales & Counter Sales Agent to join our team in George. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in-person
- Take and process orders accurately
- Prepare and negotiate quotes and offers
- Manage product catalogue and provide guidance on product specifications
- Assist with tele sales and warehouse operations as required
- Process dispatch, shipping, and returns if needed
- Grow and manage the customer base
- Run telephone campaigns and product promotions
- Coordinate customer service with warehouse and operations
- Follow up on sales orders to completion
- Build strong customer relationships to increase sales and margins
- Maintain showroom displays and store appearance
- Comply with all safety, health, security, and environmental standards
Requirements
- Motor industry and parts knowledge (specifically aftermarket parts)
- Sales experience with strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and tailor solutions in real-time
- High level of computer literacy, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ethical and professional conduct
Qualifications
Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
Salary & Benefits
R10 000 per month (negotiable)
