DUTIES
- Stock in Transit Monthly Recon & Profit & Loss Journals
- Insurance Policy – keeping registers neat & updated & handling all claims
- Updating and Maintaining the company printer register
- Inspecting and allocating the telecoms and printer invoices
- Monthly Journals – Rebate Calcs & Sales Re-allocations
- Various Month End Schedules
- Back up to Offshore Accountant
- Assisting with Quarterly Stock Takes – preparation and capturing.
- Stock Adjustments in Sage X3
- Assisting the Financial Manager & Financial Director with various schedules for the Financial Year End and Annual Budgets
- Various General Ledger Recons
- And any other tasks that may be assigned to the employee as directed by the employer from time to time
