Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities, building market presence and growth strategies Engage in direct sales: prospecting, customer visits, presentations, and negotiations Support and train distributors, ensuring strong regional performance and customer satisfaction Build a sustainable sales pipeline and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions Balance short-term sales execution with long-term business development goals Qualifications & Skills: Experience in low-pressure blowers/compressors and technical sales Proven business development track record with distributor management experience Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, and willingness to travel regionally
