About the Role
The Ekurhuleni Article Clerk position is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As an Article Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring that financial reporting standards are accurately applied, and financial statements are presented in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze financial reports to identify discrepancies and errors
- Prepare and submit articles of assessment to the Financial Reporting Council of South Africa (FRC)
- Conduct research on relevant legislation and regulations affecting financial reporting
- Collaborate with senior staff to ensure accurate and timely submission of financial statements
Requirements
- BCom Accounting, BAcc, or equivalent SAICA-accredited degree (completed or in progress)
- Strong academic record
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
Salary & Benefits
