About the Role
Energetic individual with a passion for a sales career who is able to operate in a team. Successful candidate will be driven to achieve volume, gross profit and customer satisfaction targets as set by the dealership and manufacturer.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for potential customers.
- Follow up on all leads until the deal has been finalized.
- Pre-qualify all customers.
- Gather customers documentation and submit file to F&I office for finance application and further upselling.
- Ensure the vehicle is ready for delivery including where necessary that all accessories are fit.
- Deliver vehicle to customer.
- Follow up with the customer to ensure satisfaction on purchase.
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate
- Qualifications in sales and/or marketing would be an advantage
- Minimum of 2 years new vehicle sales experience
- Valid drivers license
- Exceptional communication skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Target driven
- Clear criminal record
- Computer Literate
