Job Summary
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of architectural designs, from concept to detailed working drawings.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for planning and construction.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless coordination.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and compliance with design specifications.
- Research materials, construction techniques, and regulations to ensure best practices.
- Support planning applications and liaise with relevant authorities.
- Develop 3D models, renders, and presentation materials for project proposals.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree or diploma in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.
- Knowledge of building regulations, construction techniques, and planning procedures.
- Experience in technical detailing and producing construction documentation.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- A valid driving license is an advantage.
