About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven Office Administrator / Personal Assistant to join a prestigious luxury guest farm in the Franschhoek area. This is a fantastic opportunity to become the backbone of a dynamic back-of-house team within a refined hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage general office administration and reception duties, including call screening
- Maintain office organisation and cleanliness
- Order and manage office supplies and stationery
- Provide administrative support across hospitality, farm, and office teams
- Assist Founders with personal admin, including travel bookings, errands, and ad hoc requests
Requirements
- Strong administrative background (hospitality experience advantageous)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
