About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our team in Gauteng, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting, with experience in managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record day-to-day Financial Transactions
  • Prepare Financial Statements & Reports
  • Process Invoices and follow up on Outstanding Payments
  • Reconcile Accounts & ensure accuracy
  • Assist with Budget preparation & Financial Audits
  • Monitor Cash Flow & Financial status
  • General Bookkeeping Duties

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar role
  • Matric
  • Bookkeeping Diploma/Certificate
  • Strong on Account Reconciliations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Windows, Excel, MS Power Point
  • Experience in Computerized Package, SAP and Advantage
