About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Consultant with experience in construction and design to join our team at MPRTC Recruitment in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct site visits and presentations to promote services
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Relevant qualification in Sales, Public Relations, or Interior Design (advantageous)
- 5–7 years’ experience in sales, public relations, or a related field
- Strong relationship-building and client engagement skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Professional, well-presented, and confident
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Valid driver’s licence
- Willingness to travel when required
