Job Description

Responsibilities:
Building, managing and continuously refining Google Ads accounts so all deliverables meet a high standard and hit agreed deadlines
Interpreting campaign data, identifying meaningful patterns, and translating analysis into clear summary reports for client conversations
Maintaining proactive and polished communication with clients (both written and spoken) around account results and paid search strategy. Regular, direct contact with clients is central to the role
Applying a data-first mindset to daily decisions, always seeking ways to elevate campaign effectiveness and drive maximum ROI
Crafting compelling ad copy and applying financial awareness to budget oversight and ROI evaluation
 
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
At least 4 years of hands-on experience running Google Ads accounts
Current Google Ads Certification
Highly capable across:
Google Ads
GA4
Google Business Profile
Google Ads Editor
Microsoft Ads experience is a plus
Solid command of first-party data and practical experience integrating Google Ads with CRM platforms

Responsibilities Include

  • Ability to build, manage & optimise Google Ads accounts, ensuring that all deliverables are of high quality and are presented on time.
  • Ability to analyse metrics, draw conclusions from data and create summary reports to discuss with customers.
  • Above average ability to communicate with clients (both written and verbal) concerning account performance and Search engine marketing strategy. The role demands that you regularly communicate with clients, discussing account performance and strategy.
  • Aptitude to effectively make data-driven decisions and constantly improve campaign performance to maximise ROI.
  • Applicants should be able to write powerful ad copy, & have the financial acumen required for budget management/ROI analysis.

Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing Google Ads accounts
Google Ads Certification (essential)
Relevant tertiary qualification
Proficiency in:

    • Google Ads
    • GA4
    • Google Business Profile
    • Google Ads Editor

Microsoft Ads experience will be advantageous
Strong understanding of first-party data and experience linking Google Ads accounts to CRM systems
