- Relevant Agricultural degree / diploma
- Experience and affinity with agriculture / aquaculture / industrial environments.
- Computer literate
- Ability to motivate and work with staff
- Able to command a room and team, while being respectful and mindful of cultural differences.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
- Project Manage range of projects on the farm. E.g., reorganizing the warehouse, establishing better entrance controls, scaling up the maintenance team (60%)
- Enforce discipline across teams. E.g., Check follow through on commitments, spot check attendance and adherence to schedules, establish stronger accountability mechanisms and provide training on them (40%)
